Hi! My name is Laura Gregor and I am a senior at UW-Madison majoring in biology with certificates in global health and gender & women’s studies. After graduation I plan to pursue a master’s in public health in Global Health and possibly a master’s in non-profit management. I found out about ASSET after attending a bead party at Heather and Chris’s house. I love the education mission of the program and that it also benefits the Ugandan women that make the beautiful paper jewelery!

This week, we’d like to celebrate the graduation of another one of ASSET’s students, Morris M. Through hard work and commitment; Morris has completed his degree in micro-finance from Kyambogo University. We would like to thank the partners and sponsors of ASSET who have dipped into their limited resources to donate towards this undertaking. We, just like Morris, are incredibly grateful for you support. Morris can now begin the next chapter of his life as he undertakes the challenge of finding a job.
